NFPA FIRE APPARATUS

MERAJ NFPA Fire Apparatus design and conforms in accordance with latest NFPA 1901 standard. Municipal / Multipurpose Pumper is ideal vehicle to offer effective solution for Fire in City fire fighting and high fire risk areas, industrial sites, ports, commercial and trading areas.

  • Equipped with Midship design Modular Water pumping system compliance to NFPA 1901 standard from 500 USGPM to 2000 USGPM at 10 bar along with all necessary controls, suction and delivery outlets, valves and gauges as per NFPA requirement.
  • Electronic Pump Control Unit programmable via CANBUS wiring with Multiplex screen installed in the cabin and/or pump panel that shown all necessary controls and warning meeting the customer need.
  • Digital Foam proportioning system via foam pump as per Fire Class A & B (or both) can be provided as per NFPA requirement which can also be controlled via foam management system (via CANBUS program).
  • Water Tank capacity ranging from 500 to 1000 US Gallon.
  • Foam tank capacity ranging from 50 to 500 US Gallon.
  • Booster line equipped with high pressure hose with discharge nozzle.
  • MERAJ developed Electric Remote Controlled Monitor with Electrical adjustable flow nozzle that can give a flow ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 LPM which can be controlled either by joystick or Wireless handheld remote control (via CANBUS system).
  • Side mounted Electronically controlled bulkhead ladder lowering system for lowering and upward of attic ladder, roof ladder, extension ladders and pike poles will be provided upon request.
  • Electronically operated Hard Sleeve System for Lowering two hard sleeves (suction hoses) to a convenient height for safe and easy retrieval eliminate the need of straining or climbing requirement.
  • Range of crosslays, rear speedlays, bumper speedlays is available as per requirement.
  • Hose bed divider rack at rear or any suitable place to accommodate large quantity of speedlays will be provided.
  • All electrical equipment, lighting tower and lighting package as per NFPA requirement will be provided.
  • Fire Fighting equipment and PPEs as per NFPA 1901 standard / customer requirement can be provided upon request.
